At Beebys we pride ourselves on our wide range of first-class services. We provide excellent landlord and tenant services to make letting your property as pain-free as possible, allowing you to sit back and reap the benefits.

Going the extra mile for landlords

For a small percentage of the monthly rental income of a property, the dedicated team at Beebys provide a wide range of services to help make the day-to-day work of a landlord as easy as possible. We meet all prospective tenants before processing an application and carry out stringent credit checks and referencing. We treat your property as if it were our own.

What will Beebys do for me?


Secure deposit

We will secure a deposit which will be held under the Deposit Protection Scheme. The deposit will be held for the duration of the tenancy and will only be released once the property is returned in good order.

Legislation updates

We will inform you of any relevant updates on legislation relating to the lettings industry, letting you know about any necessary actions that you need to take.


Credit checks & references

 For your added peace of mind, we carry out full credit checks on any interested parties and we ask for references on all applications.


Tenancy agreement

Once you have settled on the right tenant, we will draw up the tenancy agreement with you, ensuring that all necessary clauses are included and fully explained.

Full written & photographic inventories

We take full written and photographic inventories of every property prior to the tenant taking possession, protecting you from any damage.


Tenant ‘check in’

We’ll meet your new tenant on site to go through the inventory and have them sign a declaration confirming the recorded condition of the property. Whilst we’re on site, we will also take metre readings for all relevant services.

Rent collection & allocation

We collect the monthly rental income directly from the tenant and transfer the sum (minus our management fee) to a bank account of your choice.



We carry out regular inspections of the property and follow up with a written report regarding the condition. If any damage to the property is brought to our attention between inspections, we will visit the property immediately to analyse the situation and liaise with you, the landlord.


In the event of any required repairs, we have a full list of contractors and employees who can quickly respond to any problems at discounted rates.

Tenant ‘check out’

Prior to the end of the tenancy, we will inspect the property and make sure that the tenant makes any necessary repairs to meet the specifications outlined in the ‘Check In’ inventory. Subject to the property meeting the requirements, we will then take all relevant metre readings and collect the keys.
